The web app had a few usability and user experience issues to fix with new additional features. A new transformed trendy online service to gain new patient users greatly but also retain the old users by not alienating them using the online service's old features introduced in better usability to the new ones especially with a detailed search feature in focus so they can search for physicians in their area on multiple devices conveniently and instantly at their quick service.
