Native Mobile & Online Desktop App

CHALLENGE  Absolute Software had a consumer facing online-only app which had quite a few usability issues as it was aged and outdated in its user experience. The company hired me to transform this product, LoJack Security to a trendy desktop app with a native mobile version.

IDEA  Transformation of the online app with a new full-scale User Experience, Interaction and Visual design on the web with an additional mobile native application for its old and new users so they could have easy access from any device they have. The native application was designed to work on Android phones only in its first release to the market which later grew to all smart phone compatible features.

RESULT  A trendier new product with web/desktop and mobile apps with greatly usable features was born using the same core features which old users loved but also was embraced by 27% new users in its first six months after launch. Absolute Software also changed its branding which was also positioned in its all web and mobile applications. LoJack, which is now called Absolute also changed its branding which I also integrated on these new apps.
